Vice President Terms & Conditions

• Customer Cancellation Policy: Vice Presidents badges and Luncheon tickets ordered on line cannot be returned or refunded, unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
• Vice President badges are normally sent out within 5 days of completing the transaction. To allow for any postal delays applications for Vice President badges will close on Friday 19th July 2013 or earlier should the Vice President membership become fully subscribed.
• The organisers respect your privacy. Your details will never be passed to any organisation outside of the organisers other than the organisers of Holkham Country Fair. If you have not opted OUT you may, from time to time, receive information on events at Holkham. You can opt out at any time.
• The organisers reserve the right to cancel, without refund, any Vice President's badge they believe to have been defaced, copied, misused or re-assigned.
• The Vice Presidents enclosure is a prestigious part of the show where smart dress is requested. Security staff are in attendance at the entrance who have authority to refuse admission to inappropriately dressed people. Inappropriate dress includes vests, swimming trunks, beach wear, trainers or scruffy attire. The smart dress code extends to Vice President's children.
• It is not permitted to take food or drink into the Vice Presidents' enclosure. This includes picnics and food and drinks bought at Holkham Country Fair.
• The Vice President's enclosure is licensed and the organisers reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol to anybody who appears to be under-age.
• Payments are accepted in Pounds Sterling (GBP)
